Dr. Vivek Kumar Dwivedi, Principal, Brahmanand College, Kanpur has been very active & diligent during the last 20 years of his career in all spheres. He believes in growth with stability.

Academically, he has been an active member of executive council of Research and Development Committee of CSJM University, Kanpur. He has done commendable work in the field of research as he has provided a platform to the students for conducting research work. He has supervised 04 students under his guidance and 02 students are persuing their research work.

He had been the Joint Secretary of FUPUCTA from 1994-2000. He was also elected as General Secretary KUTA in 2005. In 2006, he was elected as Block Pramukh of Derapur,Kanpur Dehat. Presently he is General Secretary of FUPUCTA

      In addition to the above achievements, he had also been the Director and Vice-Chairman of the United
    Mercantile Co-operative Bank, Kanpur during the years 1997-2002 and 2002-2005,  respectively.		  
     
      During his period of administration, the college took a new turn ,  as  he  successfully  introduced  the
    commerce stream in  July  2008. He  also put forward the demand of enhancement of the seats to the
    CSJM University  in  the  department  of  Bio Technology , Mathematics and Zoology and succeeded in
    getting it done.		  
     
      His spontaneous efforts of implementing ‘O’ level computer course, Value added courses for students
    has enhanced  the  computer  and  professional skills of the students. Computerization of the central
    library has successfully been pursued by him.
